Delivery timelines may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and other factors outside our direct control.

  • U.S. orders: usually arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment
  • International orders: may take approximately 10–12 business days or longer depending on customs and local delivery conditions
  • Peak periods: shipping times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or carrier delays

3) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details if available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

Tracking Note: If your tracking information does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

4) Address Accuracy

7) Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to additional handling considerations. Shipping and handling fees may not be refundable in all cases, depending on the condition of the return and carrier outcome.
